FFI has received several awards and nominations over the years individually and as part of our parent company. These are a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our staff and the tireless efforts of our foster carers across Ireland in making a lasting and positive difference in the lives of children and young people.
Stonewall’s Top Global Employers is the definitive list showcasing the best multinational employers for LGBT staff. The list is compiled from submissions to our Global Workplace Equality Index, a powerful benchmarking tool used by employers to create inclusive workplaces across the markets in which they operate.
Great Place To Work are experts in workplace culture and strive to help companies to improve the quality of their workplace experience for staff. Following a detailed culture audit throughout 2015 by the Great Place to Work team, FFI were informed that we had indeed ranked as one of the top Great Places to Work under the category of small business. In February 2016 at The Doubletree Hotel in Dublin we ranked in 6th position of all small businesses across Ireland.
In September 2016 FFI were awarded The Public Sector Magazine’s Excellence in Business Award for the Provision of Fostering Services. The award reflected the excellent work done by all carers and staff who always make an effort to go the extra mile.
